Customer Service Hours:

The Customer Service Department is open Tuesday - Friday 10am to 4pm EST. We are closed for holidays. We will respond as soon as possible during business hours and will honor your requests at the time they were received for any date sensitive requests. Standard response time may be up to 5 business days, please allow us a little time to get back to you.

Shipping:

In stock items typically ship within 7-10 business days from the purchase date but can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive, we thank you for your patience. You will receive an email as soon as your order is shipped including tracking information, please check spam if you have not received an email.

We ship globally. We do not accept international returns. Kindly note that we do not ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, APO or FPO addresses at this time.

Return & Refund Policy:

THE HEALER’S COLLECTION has a 7 day return & refund policy and we do not accept any worn, tried or tested product back. All returned items must be sent back in pristine condition as originally sent. Items sent back without first requesting a return, will not be accepted.

To start a return, exchange, or refund you can contact us at info@thehealerscollection.com with the word RETURN in the subject line together with your order number. On receipt of email and approval of your return, we’ll send you a return shipping label to make it a hassle-free and a positive experience.

All returns, refunds, restocking or customer service activities have a $30 fee per item. 

We do not accept international returns.

 

Warranty & Exchanges

We offer a 30 day warranty on your products. If your bracelet becomes damaged within 30 days of purchase, a complimentary set will immediately be sent to you.

To start a damaged bracelet case within 30 days of purchase please email info@thehealerscollection.com with the word DAMAGED BRACELET in the subject line together with your order number and a photo of the damaged bracelet. On receipt of email and approval we will assess the nature of the concern and repair of send a complementary set. Return shipping label is included to make it a hassle-free and a positive experience returning your set.

For damaged bracelets after 30 days of purchase, a VIP replacement set may be available for up to 90 days post purchase for a $60 replacement fee, this includes shipping and only applies to “same bracelet” replacements.

In addition our $30 customer service fee will be applied for restocking and customer service activity.

We pride ourselves with top quality products in the wellness and accessory space, our products are under quality warranty for 90 days at which point we entrust our customers with their care.
