Returns & Exchanges

Customer Service Hours:

The Customer Service Department is open Tuesday - Friday 10am to 4pm EST. We are closed for holidays. We will respond as soon as possible during business hours and will honor your requests at the time they were received for any date sensitive requests. Standard response time may be up to 5 business days, please allow us a little time to get back to you.

Shipping:

In stock items typically ship within 7-10 business days from the purchase date but can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive, we thank you for your patience. You will receive an email as soon as your order is shipped including tracking information, please check spam if you have not received an email.

International Shipping:

Yes, we ship globally. We do not accept international returns. Kindly note that we do not ship to PO boxes, parcel lockers, APO or FPO addresses at this time and custom and duty fee are subject to the country of arrival and are to be paid in full by the customer. We do not accept international returns.

Return & Refund Policy:

THE HEALER’S COLLECTION has a 7 day return & refund policy and we do not accept any worn, tried or tested product back. All returned items must be sent back in pristine condition as originally sent. Items sent back without first requesting a return, will not be accepted.

All returns, refunds, restocking or customer service activities have a $30 fee per item.

Repairs:

The Healer's Collection does not service, alter or repair any item. 

Warranty & Exchanges

We offer a 90 day full coverage warranty on your products. If your bracelet becomes damaged within 90 days of purchase, a complimentary set will immediately be sent to you.

For damaged bracelets between 91 days to one year from purchase you may be eligible for a $60 replacement set depending on damage, click HERE.

We pride ourselves with top quality products in the wellness and accessory space, our products are under quality warranty for 90 days at which point we entrust our customers with their care.
